Information Gathering
As soon as you hire us, you will receive a buyer information sheet and representation agreement.

Information Sharing
We will send you a detailed packet of information that covers ALL our buyer FAQs. This will cover key questions like what to expect from the process, the scope of our services, the implications of skipping certain key steps (like a survey), and protocol for getting through inspections, setting expectations, and planning ahead.

Video Explainers
We’ll include videos and share info throughout the transaction that explains the process, in case you want a break from reading (because we all know that the process already involves scanning through reams of boring documents).

Behind-the-Scenes Work
We’ll research the property, complete a title search, coordinate with lenders and sellers, and review the loan, title insurance, and seller documents. We’ll also bring everything together for the settlement statements and send all the important numbers for your review.

Closing
We tailor the closing experience to each buyer and offer multiple options for the actual execution of documents to meet individual needs. From traditional closings to Zoom closings and entirely eSigned transactions, we’ve got something for everyone.

We’ll send a Seller Welcome Packet that covers ALL our seller FAQs and fees so you know what to expect through the process and on closing day.

We’re visual too. We get it. That’s why we’ll also share videos through the process if you’re tired of all the reading.

Document Drafting & Execution
Unless you choose an outside law firm to do so, we’ll draft all of the seller documents you need for your sale, coordinate execution with a notary, and send what we can via eSignature for convenience. We’ll also compile and send for review all financials for your sale.

Post-Closing
We’ll send your proceeds in the safest manner possible, following the best practices along the way, and make sure all liens are paid and canceled out of your proceeds.
