Once you’re under contract, email it over to us and we’ll get everything started! If you do not have a real estate agent to assist you, we can help with the initial contract drafting. We’ll then review the contract, confirm all important dates, and gather the key details needed from all parties. Information sheets and representation agreements are sent out and completed at this time.
